The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Quinapondan proudly launched its Integrated Business Permit Licensing System (IBPLS) on December 19, 2023. The launch ceremony witnessed the presence of key figures instrumental in the development and implementation of IBPLS. DICT Regional Director Felix S. Tabanao Jr., PSA Supervising Statistical Specialist Ms. Suzanne B. Amosco, and DICT Information System Analysts Ms. Gryzl Cartel-Abug and Mr. Cosme Socito Jr. graced the occasion. The event was further honored by the support of LGU officials, including Honorable Mayor Atty. Rafael S. Asebias, Hon. Lope Anguren, and Hon. Teofilo Dizor. Mrs. Marissa Dado, Municipal Treasurer, and Engr. Developed by the Department of Information and Communication Technology (DICT), the IBPLS allows entrepreneurs to register and renew their business permits conveniently from the comfort of their homes or offices. The system also enables them to make online payments for the corresponding fees, eliminating the need for time-consuming and often cumbersome manual processes.
