Transpired today was the wreath-laying ceremony of the newly-constructed Rizal monument in commemmoration of 127th Rizal Day. Led by the personnel of Quinapondan MPS under the supervision of PCPT Rodolfo B. Morada, Jr., OIC and participated by LGU employees, Engr. Anacleto C. Terencio Jr. and Mr. Jared Pompee Jamarolin.
Dr. Jose Protacio Rizal Mercado Y Alonzo Realonda is the Philippine National Hero, a patriot and martyr.
